Absolutely fraud, buggers. They are really horrible. We are also plan to take this up with tribunal.They direct debited money from my account by changing their name. They cheated New Zealand bank too. It is impossible to describe here how horrible they are. I advice people, never give authority for direct debit to any company like this.

Last year june 2013 I stopped getting konnectv channels as they upgraded their service for which I ordered a new settop box. And the new settop box never arrived. After making many phone calls to only get a reply it will come in few days, I decided to stop making payments to them. I politely asked them to send me the new settop box and I shall resume payments., They never sent me. I waited till Oct 2013 and decided to discontinue. Now they are asking me to pay up for early termination fees. I went to Fair trade and there I was told, since I have signed an agreement with konnectv that temp disruption of service should be tolerated by customer, I am left in waters.. What does this temporay mean.. I assume few days not months together.
They are not at all customer friendly and dont understand that customers cannot pay them for horrible service.

I like the movies shown by knonnectv channel. they are doing grttt job.I can watch my favorite channel and Bollywood movies. Also they play movie whnver you request.

I enjoy bollywood movie. Konnectv really provide us the medium through which we connect to bollywood masala films. I like the konnectv movies and episodes of star plus and life OK.

The wost INDIAN net work i have dealt with.
First 3 months when it was free, the service was good, after that for the last 4 months ring every month, as so as they have taken the money out of my account, the service is scrambled, or UTV has news on it instead of movies.
I get told every month these issues with the satellite or they reset my set top box.
They advertise saying you get ZEE/ZEE SMILE instead you end up with BIG which only has movies which are repeated every month.
The TV guide doesnt match to whats showing on TV, Ive asked this question since December 2013 and i get told we fixing the issue. i rang a week ago asking to talk to the manager no one calls back, i than talk to this NEW online service they have on their web site, get told the manager is very busy cant talk to everyone, so go figure how bad their service is.
Their office hours is till 9 pm you call them, at 8 and you get an answering machine saying the call is out of business hours. All Male consumer service staff are very rude and arrogant.
Their are so quick to take you money but to resolve the issue, they dont care.

I have taken this matter to Consumer affairs. AND SO SHOULD YOU

This company is by far the worst I have encountered. I would give them a star rating of 0 if I could. For the last 5 months,they have been giving us the worst TV experience. My dad has been calling them on a daily basis to get the problem with our reception fixed and it has been frustrating dealing with their staff. They are full of empty promises- I totally agree with the reviews below when they say the staff you want to talk to is always unreachable because they have "just left the building" or "just left on their lunch break". Konnectv does not care about keeping their clients happy- they just want the clients' business, by hook or crook. On top of that, their early termination fees for their contracts is close to a ridiculous $300. So you end up paying them for their horrible services and then pay them once again to get rid of these problems.

PLEASE DELETE KONNECTV FROM YOUR WISH LIST- YOU WILL GAIN NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION!!!

They are absolute frauds. Its four weeks since I had my connection and haven't been able to watch anything since. All the calls and emails have fallen on deaf ears. The CEO and the other Staff don't care. All I have got so far is empty promises and nothing done.
I plan to complain to the Department of Fair Trading.

One of the worst ever companies I have ever come across. I am surprised that they are a company in Australia, keeping in mind the tough consumer laws. I agree with both reviewers below- they blatantly lie and never keep their earnest promises. Their manager is either sick, busy or on a day off. The installer came round, and while installing the hardware, cut the cables to the other TV points resulting in us not having free to air TV for 3 months with Konnectv making excuses ranging from computer is down at the moment, installer is on holiday, we cannot get installers..
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am writing a complaint to the fair work ombudsman at the moment.

Pathetic - agree with the user below that their customer service is horrible. They are basically useless at providing any kind of service. Everytime you call they make excuses and usually the person you were talking to before is on a lunch break. They tell you that they are going to call you back but never do.

I have basically given up after 2 months of trying to get this working!

ADVICE FOR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH KONNECTV.
