Chapmans Memorials Singleton

I can not speak highly enough of the Chapmans. The service and support they offered was second to none. At 26, with two little brothers, I had no idea where to start in the arrangement of my mothers funeral. The Chapmans were very professional and offered a personalise level of service to ensure that all aspects of the funeral were as they should be. I can not thank them enough for taking the stress out of such a difficult time.

I was disapointed by the service you did for my father in law. There was no life story, no memories talked about that included his children or his beloved grandchildren- in fact neither his children or his grandchildren were even mentioned! His youngest daughter desperately wanted to speak during the service, she wasnt called up- the service just came to an abrupt end. Only 1 person was able to stand up and reflect on their time with my father in law, thats not how a funeral should be for a loved one. None of the 4 childrens wishes were catered to, there was no compassion shown on their behalf. I was apalled at the lack of respect shown to my beloved father in law on his final farewell, this can never be re-done.
