If I could add minus 5 stars I would, these guys are a joke! I employed them to create a website for me, it was not cheap at around $9000 and it was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. I tried to give them a WP template that I had already bought that had 90% of the functionality I wanted plus all the basic colour scheme I wanted, but No, they insisted they could make a better one using their own templates.

Along with a 2 hour meeting where my needs where extensively outlined, I also gave them a comprehensive written document (prior to them quoting) on exactly what I wanted, it was very clear and included absolutely everything so we both understood where the goalposts were.



Well, nearly 2 years later I still had nothing usable. They had $6000 of my money and had produced a poor template with no actual content that they reckoned did everything I asked, except it didn't. It still didn't actually work properly, had no content and looked like it had been designed by a primary school student with crayons.



And then they told me I would have to pay them more money (US$1000 extra) for a visualiser that was actually clearly explained in the original brief doc and that I had had specified in our original meeting... because they didn't realise it would be so hard to make. Even though I sent them a link to a live example of exactly what I wanted so they could actually see it working.

later, as they were explaining to me how hard this was and why I should pay them more money, they sent me a link to show how great this new visualiser that I would have to pay extra for would be... It was the same link I had supplied in my original brief.



So after 2 years of wasted time I told them to stop and asked for just 50% of my money back ($3200) as I figured I was stupid to have employed them in the first place, and the balance was my cost for my own dumb decision.

At this stage I still believed they were just nice guys who were in over their depth, contracting to build a website that they were actually not capable of building... I guess I was naive.

Because, apparently I was wrong. They reckon what they did was great! Even though it didn't work, had almost none of my content (that they had had from the beginning on my existing website) and had zero design... after 2 years of faffing around. I had applied them with a library of around 500 images, yet their "site" still had stock photography they had stripped off other sites...



They then offered $1650 refund (in writing)... an insult really, but to finish this ridiculous saga I accepted, also in writing, just to get rid of these idiots. I remained always polite in all my correspondence, I sent them my bank details expecting they would simply pay and that would be it.



Nothing.



They just vanished, no response to my acceptance email, or the 4 emails I sent enquiring what was going on... Since then they simply refuse to communicate at all. They don't answer emails, texts or phone calls. Just like little children really. No warning, nothing.

So now I am going to sue them for the full $6000 of my money that they still have, instead of the $1650 they offered.

So in summary, these guys are a joke, if you trust them with your website you will regret it.
