Express Tinting

Consumers beware- my son saved hard to have his car windows tinted by this company but ended up needing to go elsewhere for replacement job....costing me money to help him out. Bubbles everywhere and then owner Bruce pointed to warranty and said that bubbles may occur. I was so upset. He told me to go elsewhere and nothing could be done and that by signing the quote I agreed to the risk of bubbles in the tint!!!! So furious. How can people treat consumers like this. Such a shame.

I rang Express Tinting today to ask about their special of installing Suntek Carbon tints for $175. Spoke to the owner Bruce who seemed very unprofessional and told me not to install Suntek as it was "Garbage". Suntek is one of the most reputable American brands in window tinting. When I asked him if I could book in an appointment for next week, he said to call back next week and that I should go somewhere else.

That is an extremely unprofessional way to run a business. Either he isn't allowed to supply / sell Suntek or he has advertised falsely.

I have been in sales for over 15 years and never have I met someone as unprofessional as him especially being the owner.
