Todd's Plumbing & Electrical

Would select no stars to rate this company. Still forking out money. Todd’s were quick to assure & sell me something. Then they send out the junior plumber who does a dodgy job, which you only find out later on. Not only did he forget to turn the mains water back on, he re-used a discarded section of my 17 year old copper pipe to connect the new system to the house. 2 months later my neighbour contacts me to tell me there’s hot water spraying like a geyser from my system. Todd’s tried to tell me it was the system at fault & to contact the manufacturer; manufacturer said it’s the connection job; so only after Todd’s saw my photos of where hot water was spewing out of the connection, did they agree to send someone. So the experienced plumber put new copper pipe in & was appalled at the poor quality work their junior plumber did. Less than 2 years later the system, on the bit of concrete they put down and insisted would support the weight of the system, is now subsiding and pulling the pipes from the house with it. Todd’s has quoted approx $1000 to fix this (which is more than half the original supply & install cost) and state they hold no responsibility for (the poor job) the concrete they put down (with no reinforcing).

Give this company a miss

I called Todds about a faulty solar hot water system that they did not install and that 3 plumbers had looked at over the last 5 years. A wonderful plumber named Cameron came and fixed the problem within 20 mins. We now have endless hot water after nearly taking the system out because it never worked. I have to say thankyou from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful service that the team at Todds provided. From the wonderful girl on reception to the super plumber that actually knew what he was doing. No more cold showers from here on! I will recommend Todds to everyone who is needing help.

A friend recommended we call Todd's Plumbing after our water heater broke down. They came out the same day with a loan system and returned a few days later with a brand new one. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Everyone was very polite, professional and efficient. They are also very fairly priced. Highly recommended.

The staff at Todd's plumbing were fantastic. They were very helpful and very quick when we had no hot water. They provided us with a loan hot water system on the same day, to use until our new one arrived and could be installed. They even followed up with us 6 months later. Thank you!
