Do not waste your money.

You pay for extended warranty, you then have to pay $99 for the call out fee before they even look at it. They then claim that your damage does not fall under warranty, but fix it anyway as a gesture of good will. This is there scheme to rip you off $99.

They then tell you just to chuck some boot polish on the lounge next time it starts to peel.

Don’t be sucked in when buying your lounge to purchase the cleaner as a warranty. You may as well chuck your money in the bin.

My lounge is not even 3 years old and is in a family room that is used maybe once a week. No kids, no pets. I am told it is from inadequate cleaning, but in the same conversation I am told that my whole house looks in order and that it looks like I look after my things. I was also told that they could tell that at least one of the 4 seats had not been sat in at all.

So a word of warning.....just grab the trusty old $2 boot polish and save the $99.
