Bad customer service and communication

To Whom it may Concern,

I am writing to let you know that I am disappointed in the way that you conduct your business. The work that was conducted at my premises in Trinity Beach started on the 29th of October and on this day I was told that the earth clip had not been received and Ryan would get back to me when it arrived.

On the 9th of November Ryan delivered an earth clip that was the wrong size and there was a further delay and I was told that he would get back to me probably within a week with the new clip. I had not heard back from Ryan after this date for over 3 and a half weeks without any communication from phone calls or messages.

After waiting over 3 and a half weeks Ryan contacted me on the 6th of December to let me know that he had the earth clip and when questioned about why I was not contacted within 3 and a half weeks he explained that he had to have a hernia operation and that he passed all the relevant details to his boss for the job to be completed. He also explained that the boss must have forgotten to finish the job and when he arrived back to work the job was still open.

I am disappointed that no one had contacted me to let me know what was going on and that it had gone up to the boss and still nothing had happened.

I am also disappointed that the invoice states the earth clip was to be installed to the aerial post but this has not happened as Ryan had dropped off the earth clip and I had to install it myself.

On the 12th of December I received an invoice and in the terms of the invoice it states 14 days from invoice date.

On the 19th of December I received an email stating that the invoice was overdue and for payment to be made and according to your invoice I have until the 28th of December to make payment. Because of these errors within the company I will be placing a negative review on local search and your Facebook page that will reflect on the way your business was conducted.
