Steer clear of this incompetent company. My doors, bumpers & boot are all out of whack! Nothing lines up! They have damaged my interior severely & the car still has dents in it. The road noise & rattles are concerning! They are rude & treat your vehicle like a piece of rubbish. I went there one day to find the inside of my car (all new black leather) full of dirty & damaged car parts & white stuff splattered everywhere. When I went to leave after collecting my still damaged & further damaged car caused by them they couldn't find my keys!! To say I am deeply disappointed is an understatement!!!!

This is third time I have had to take my BMW back to repair the repairs they attempted recently. Dump them RAA.

Extremely poor repair job. Took 4 days longer than quoted and then it's just as bent as when it went in.
Taillight doesn't sit back in
Poor paint work on the bumper- runs
Poor panel work- 6mm difference in panel curve from other side of car.
Back axle still not square
Overspray on non damaged or repaired panels
White paint finger prints on rubber seals - car is black?
Inserts in bumper not fitting in properly.

Well a follow up, it went back in - as per our insurance company request not my choice.
unfortunately we still don't have a car we are happy with.
dust in/under clear coat
bumper still not fitting properly
rear door still doesn't sit flush
white fingerprint was still there until the manager wiped it off.

Got told i should have taken it somewhere else and saved them the hassle - by the manager!!!
I suggest you take your car somewhere else if you care about it.

All up they had the car over a month, any professional shop should have been able to rebuild a whole car in that time let alone just fix a dented rear end on a Holden Astra.
