PNT Nails

DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in and was greeting by a grumpy thai woman snarling 'what' at me. So I requested an eyebrow wax, in which I said - thick, angular. Follow my natural brow line and just get rid of the stray hairs around the shape I already have.

She ignored this. Whilst she was waxing 95% of my eyebrows off, she pushed the palm of her hand into my eyesocket so hard it was throbbing for an hour or so later.

I normally get my eyebrows waxed at benefit, but was unable to get an appointment as I needed to get on a plane to visit family in Melbourne (they live in somerville). I wil now spend the next 6months trying to grow back the normal eyebrows I had.

She has destroyed my face.This has destroyed my self esteem, every time I look in the mirror I feel miserable. My eyebrows are warped, pencil thin and misshapen. She even changed the arch in my eyebrow.

Oh, and she burnt my skin and I woke up the next day with bruising.

DO NOT GO HERE. I RATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE/MY EXPERIENCE AS A ZERO AND IT WILL TAKE ME MONTHS TO GET BACK TO LOOKING NORMAL.
