      Grafton glass was not helpful over the phone was too much of a bother to them

      I called grafton glass and thay said look mate im very busy , and he didn't want to spend 5 minutes talking to me as he had another customer in the shop . I called back 5 minutes later and the fist thing he said in response to my call was look mate you just called a minute ago. Now is that professional? . Rood service.
