Terry's Removals

Don't use these guys. They tipped a cabinet of mine on its side whilst carrying it and all the drawers dropped out onto concrete and were damaged. They acknowledged it on their invoice document and told me to get a quote to fix it. That was $900- as they are vinyl wrapped drawers. The owner then said to me he has no insurance and has no money to pay me. I'm now lodging a claim through the court. No one should run a business with no insurance! These dodgy operators need to be brought into line......and I'm going to do it.

They were ok just ok - bit slow and not very careful with boxes marked fragile. One of them kept complaining like he didnt want to be there. When bringing in the furniture to new house he chipped a wall snd took the plaster away - when i questioned him he said oh well.
I wouldnt recommened them. When i complained to the owner by text i got no reply but i didnt pay full amount as i now have to fix the wall.

I recently used terrys removals in February this year. The men were fast workers on time very polite. I Highly recommend them.

i used terrys removals earlier in the year to move furniture to a storage facility. when i moved it into my newly renovated home, four months later, i found all manner of damage to my furniture and my fridge (almost brand new - expensive two door) had dreadful gouges all along one side, plus countless dents here and there. the damage to other furniture, ie. dents in my leather furniture where pointed items were pushed into it, a coffee table ruined because they put an extremely heavy cabinet on top of it. my italian beech table was put on its side, so the wood scraped the floor (ruined). when i rang up terrys removals to complain, they refuted that they had even moved me! (funny how the number i had on speed dial when i initially used them was the same as the number i used to complain). he said they sometimes rent their vans out, and this must have been "one of those times". not recommended!
