Group II Building Surveyors

G11 building surveyors approved my 2009 home, with R2.5 in the walls and R4 in the ceiling on paper. I just had it assessed and there is no insulation in the walls and minimal blow-in insulation to none in the ceilings. Disgraceful.

Approved buildings that did not meet council spec leaving owners with tens of thousands of dollars of building rectification works. Won't even assist with resubmitting plans to council, let alone the cost of rectification works.
