Rokk Ebony

I have been going to Rokk Ebony in South Melbourne for a few years now. I've enjoyed the service of a couple of hair stylists. I currently see Justin. I love visiting, and I'm always happy with the outcome. Loving my hair. Thank you.

Maybe all the awards and positive reviews have gone to Rok Ebony's head or maybe it's just a case of a couple bad eggs. Upon arrival I was greeted by an unfriendly staff member with short blonde hair. But the worst was yet to come. The hairdresser who cut my hair pushed my head agressive ly from side to side; not sure why she couldn't have asked me to tilt my head. She also cut my neck a few times with her scissors which I didn't think much of until the next day when I could feel the scars forming on my neck. She also pointed the sharp end of the scissors in my face a number of times. The customer next to me seemed to be enjoying their haircut so I'm not suggesting that this place is all bad but avoid the tall blonde hairdress with long hair!! Worst hair cut experience and worst customer service ever!
