The movers were quite good and came on time. But one can never get them to answer a phone call.They want cash payment but to get a receipt it took 12 phone calls and 8 text messages and 6 emails !!! Not a good trait to do business

Do not use this company !!! Worst service EVER
Booked for 9:00 am turned up 11:30 , rang 3 times to find out why the delay , rude and unhelpful on the phone and kept making excuses
When they finally arrived they took therir time loading and didnt seem to know what they were doing !!! My mattress arrived filthy dirty on the side and a small rip !!! They them tried to charge me an extra $100 for their time !!!!!!!
What about the time i wasted waiting for them

Awful awful awful company! Arrived 6 hours late. I am 32 weeks pregnant with a 18 month old toddler so this really stuffed me around. No apologies or discount. Such a waste of time. Only had to move 10min down the road with 1 truck load. Made the moving day so much more stressful than it needed to be!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced.

I was told movers would would be with me between 1030-1200. I called in at 1130 because I hadn't heard anything from them, and found out movers were going to be 2hrs late. Obviously peeved, I complained to Rick, who is supposedly a manager. Rick spoke over me while I asked what my options were. He then cancelled my job because he didn't know what else to do, and hung up the phone. At this point I was furious, but needed to get the job done as it was my last day at this property. I called back and Rick told me to pay for two hours when the drivers got to me because he was afraid that I wouldn't pay for the job because of his crap service. The movers arrived late. I caught them mucking around on their phones. I yelled at them which got them moving, and then I helped them move the furniture. YOU END UP PAYING PREMIUM RATES AT THE END OF IT ALL AND YOU'RE BETTER OFF BOOKING A RELIABLE, MEDIUM PRICED, SERVICE.

I've never used furniture removalists, but this was the worst customer service I've ever received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THESE PEOPLE.
