South Morang Fish & Chips

There is something seriously wrong. Decided to give this place another try after an extremely disappointing experience a year ago. Two fried fish and two potato cakes were missing, and the grilled fish was disgustingly small and covered in something that was so disgusting. I demanded my money back.i was very concerned when I saw the same staff working there who were there a year ago. They appear to be only 16-18 years old and have no idea of customer service or how to engage the customer.

The girl at the counter was yelling repeatedly to get the attention of another person in the back room. It was absolutely unprofessional and disconcerting for myself and other customers.

Where is the owner/manager because surely not, one of these staff members could not be the manager. From other reviews I have read, there has been repeated issues of poor customer service and poor quality food, as well as items missing from orders. This place needs a complete overhaul, starting with the current staff being given their marching orders.
