Nathan charged my pensioner mother $300 to tell her that he could not help with her slow laptop computer. I attended, typed in Speed Test and it informed me that the connection was extremely slow and to contact the service provider. We did that and Telstra fixed the problem. Mum says Nathan did things on the laptop for 2 hours with no result, and no advice to call Telstra. I called Nathan and asked him to review, and refund at least some of the massive bill, and he flatly refused, claiming he did 2 hours work and called me rude and aggressive, which I was not.
