Outrageous prices, untidy workmanship that didn't meet current Australian Standards, and fairly disinterested and disorganised management (Willetton Branch). Regretfully, I didn't read any reviews before using this company to replace my hot water system, a very costly mistake in both money and time. I had to get plumbing and gas inspectors involved, and the ACCC, in order to achieve an acceptable outcome (a safely installed hot water unit and itemised receipt). Ive since heard the company is well known in the industry for all the wrong reasons. Consider yourself warned.

This review is for services from their Morley branch. They ripped me off. Charged me $198 & didn't fix anything. Just relit the pilot light. First their plumber said that money was for call out fees & when I pointed out that it is written on your van that there is no call out fees, he said that they charge out call out fee for weekends. When I confronted that why wasn't I told of this on phone them he said that it is for job that he has done which literally took 5 minutes & he didn't fix anything. I didnt want drama in front of my house so I paid him. I don't know how their branches are but I will never get any job done from them & will tell all my friends to avoid them like a plague. Very unethical.
Zero stars if possible.
