Richard at Macquarie Towns Conveyancing has to be one of the worst people and companies I have ever had to deal with. Throughout the entire settlement process he was hopeless and non-communicative. Even on the day of settlement, he incorrectly told me the additional amount of money that I needed to contribute to settlement, giving the seller a chance to walk out, and costing me money to re-arrange the new settlement date. Once the settlement took place he then disappeared leaving us with forms which still had not been submitted properly, and after months of chasing him, we ended up having to contact a new conveyancing firm to complete the work, again at an additional cost. Dont bother with this guy he doesnt know what he is doing.

Terrible incompetent bunch. Had settlement day arrange and somehow the manager "Richard" didn't have any of the paper work ready. Delayed settlement. Had to rearrange moving plans, re-book movers and now placing new residents in a difficult situation with nowhere to live.
