Storybook Cafe

Terrible experience! My friend and I brought a groupon voucher and tried to make a booking but no one answered phone. Since it's the last day before the voucher expires, we decided just to drop by. The guy in the cafe told us we had to make a book for the voucher and his response to no one answered our call was "because we booked out months ago". We asked if there's anything he could do since it's the last day to use voucher. He said "no not really" and told us it's all booked out for the day - though there was only one person sitting at the cafe at 11.40am. Then we asked in this case could we just get some food and go, he said "yes you can, but you can't use the voucher". What's the rational behind that?? We just left and spent our money on somewhere else - didn't feel worth arguing with such ridiculous service. There're so many other nice cafs in the neighbourhood and couldn't believe Storybook treats their customers like this. Will never ever come to this place and won't recommend it to anyone.
