DO NOT GO HERE!

This business is cheap for a reason! I got a screen replacement and battery replacement for an iphone xs max. Straight after the replacement, the phone had an error regarding the battery. A week and a half later the screen completely stopped working and the phone kept restarting. I took it back to redeem my warranty to which they said their parts are not faulty. I asked for a refund and they said they can only refund half as they cannot refund the labour (even though they are not out of pocket for labour). The technician was quite rude to me assuring that it was not her fault. The technician put my original (cracked) screen and battery back in the phone and it is now functional again. In summary, I am $115 out of pocket for them doing nothing to repair my phone and refused to give me a full refund. I will be contacting the ombudsman in regards to this business.

These guys are legends! So helpful and at a very reasonable price. So happy I went here to get my iPhone fixed rather than going to Apple. The price was a third of what I would have had to pay with Apple. Fixed in 15mins and super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!
