I would not recommend this company ever, only gave 1 star as there wasn't a minus



Our contractor had them come and lay tiles on our new deck, coping around the pool.

I would not recommend them to do any tiling, we have tiles that are hollow under neath, to the point one of the tilers broke under the tiler kneeling on it a day or 2 after laying it. They chip a tile that’s ok lay it anyway.

We have incomplete work, tile missing under the coping and not grouted/siliconed, areas where the old coping was left jagged and holes so water can get behind the tiles and compromise the tiles in the pool. The plastic surround for the pool filter system left sitting on the deck. We have tiles that have been laid that overhang the concrete so if anyone stands on them they will break as there is no support. The contractor (when I pointed it out) shoved some concrete under one side and some tiles stuck on, but the other still has no support.

Again I would not recommend this company at all. The tiles have been left with tile glue and grout on top in places as no clean up was done, the grouting in places is just not good, holes where they have missed or not grouted properly.

Also be prepared to buy a lot more tiles than necessary as they are very wasteful, cut a tile toss the other half away even if that off cut could be used on the steps or where ever an off cut could be used, no just cut another tile and toss.

Not caring about leaving rubbish and food scraps in my yard, we had to clean out plastic wrapper from the tiles blowing around the yard and outside the yard. Dumping left over grout etc over the fence which the contractor had them come and clean it up.

We had Jeremy (the director) around to our place for an estimate on our kitchen (floor and splash backs). He provided my a quote instantly, which was more than fair. He told me he could start within 2 days, so we signed him up on the spot. I couldn't believe the speed and efficiency in which he worked. He tiled that floor faster than Peter Brock could climb the mountain at Bathurst.

My floor was all uneven and wonky, and Jeremy showed his expertise, and gave me all the options for laying the tiles. I don't know how he did it, but he made it flat as a tack. I couldn't be happier. My kitchen looks fantastic thanks to Jeremy and SEQ tiles!
