We reached out to asgard for a quote for an event. 5 or 6 questions later we had a booking and a flawless event. Will be using again next year.

Spoke with Trent last Friday - great start, was very nice to speak with and agreed to send through a quote for a guard (that would likely be him) within an hour, due to strict time constraints. Nothing, no response. Reached out again on Sunday was told he could not legally provide a quote without a risk assessment, rsa implementation etc.

I'm requesting rates for a guard, I haven't hired a security company yet - he was now unable to assist despite being told I would receive it on friday. I explained I'm merely looking for his guard rates for the days and hours I provided - and was left on read - ignored. I was told a management plan is legally required before asking for guard cost quote. As far as I am aware, this is incorrect, and many security companies have provided quotes based on the same information provided. Disappointed with the service - this was apparent "policy" that was not mentioned during the original phone call on Friday. There's no point providing all those details if you end up too expensive and I don't want to use you - that's the point of the Quote.



Don't use - better services out there, made a simple process exhausting.
