The worst place I have ever been. She went to was my eye brows and the person who served me put really hot wax on the eye brow and some split on my lashes. When I screamed because it’s hot she pulled my eye lashes and then cut my eye lashes. After that she put wet tissues and claimed that I have an allergy. Ultimately I have lost huge amount of eye brows in that area. And she told nothing missing. Different between eye brows are very visible. Yet the owner told it can grow. They are very unprofessional

Comfortable and relaxed environment with friendly staff. During initial consultation I mentioned my concerns i.e regrowth,foils, a slight trim and to shorten my fringe. The owner who is the senior hair dresser and with whom I was having my consult had a thorough look at my hair and recommended a few foils to match up my old foils and also offered a treatment, all for $130. At the end of everything, I wanted to have blow straight. Paid and farewell. The next day after checking my online transaction I realised I was charged $162 instead of $130. I called her to find out why I was charged more, first of all she couldn't recognised me and so I had to sent my photo to her to help her recognise myself. Then, she started giving me excuses by saying the cut and blow straight wasn't included in $130. Ok fine I agreed with the blow straight which is $25. But rest was absolutely irrelevant and unfair. I don't mind the difference I paid but I cannot tolerate people being unfair. Will never go there again.
