Helpful staff. Lack of experience in uncommon issues, no customer support in management.

he general shop set up is fine. But there service will only cover very basics.

I had this bad experience where i was applying the new promotion phone deal and they had problem access there system/backhouse support, it has dragged over 2 weeks and took me 3 visit to the shop on average of 2hr each. and many phone calls to customer service and Telstra.

They eventually cancelled my contract( I believe its because there system can not go pass that issue) and blame telstra, They have claimed that I didn't lose anything in this case and I'm not eligible for the deal. ( Well how come you can sign me up at the first visit?)

Rang Telstra, this was acitively responsed very quick and professional, unfortunately they can not help much as it's a JB's deal but they have confirmed this application was cancelled maunually. (I can sure they just don't want waste time sort out the issue and just want kick me out)

No repsonse since ever, I have raised the issue with Consumer Affair, wait and see..
