Apex Autoworks & Tyres - Springwood

They quickly assessed a battery leakage problem I thought I had with my Ute as the battery drained too quickly and I had to jump start regularly. They kept it overnight and found no problem with the Ute electrics. Problem was a "dud" battery that had been installed by another Auto service place. Was a Super Charge battery which I subsequently found out had a pathetic reliability rating - I was not the only one. The guys are good at what they do and helped me out a while back (see earlier review).

As usual The Apex team did a fast efficient service on my car. Many thanks to Phil for all his help - this guy knows his stuff!

The staff tell you what needs doing and they don't talk to you like you're an idiot. They're also reasonable and let you know what needs to be done now and what could be put off and done in a few months. For rego checks, the process is quick and efficient. I wander into Springwood and grab a coffee, the office sends me a text msg when the car is ready. Easy peasy.
