Their website showed an image of the product I needed (and was in stock), a totally different product turns up, and their resolution of only refunding $2.25 for the wrong product is far from acceptable. (My suggested solution included refunding half the freight $4.25 as well so I could buy the correct product from another website.)

Made a small purchase and as I approached my car across the road in the car park, received a tap on the shoulder - my grandson had dropped his hat in the shop and the friendly staff chased me to give it back. Well done. Thank you.
