I was very excited to purchase a new 2022 Ford Ranger Wildtrak. I couldn’t find a new one available, Q Ford had a demo with only 1700kms on the clock. The images on their website showed it in top condition, not a mark on it. I paid a deposit over the phone and arranged a day/time to inspect the vehicle. On inspecting the vehicle, I found it was dirty inside and out. It had multiple large scratches in the paint, requiring a substantial respray, Worn Tyres, The inside was dirty with grass all over the carpet, they didn’t even bother with a $2 vacuum or a $10 carwash. The Salesman's response. "It's not a new vehicle and someone else will buy it if you don't. The price was more than a brand new one at Approximately $97000. I won’t be back after this poor service.

Fed spiel on how professional they were and how it has to be done right otherwise social media will ruin them. Thanks for the tip- our experience of them...

Our sales advisor, trevor was full of contradicting statements such as come see car then go to accounts. (Took us straight to accounts)

He gave forms in an unorganised and sporadic manner to confuse you. You were expected not to read them and they were thrown under your nose.

Told about bank charges afterwards after asking all along about credit cards. No mention at all of the fee.

Take a dictaphone to record them or better yet avoid!

I declined the use of a courtesy car due to potential excess (worst case scenario accident- cannot afford it) to be told 'i forgot you had a lot of problems'

Regret not walking away from that place.
