DIABETES EDUCATOR

I visited Josie when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. She shared valuable information on best managing my gestational diabetes and great ways to eat the foods one loves. As a result , I had a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. My experience managing my gestational diabetes was a pleasant and positive one, all thanks to Josie. She is lovely and I highly recommend her! Thank you Josie for everything!

Josie instantly motivated me by teaching me an easy, fun exercise which will help get my waistline back ang gave me a recipe for a yummy, guilt free cake. I was in denial of my diabetes and she has given me the tools I need to get this under control.
