Air Away TM

We had tried two different air b&b management companies previously and we were not making much money. Which was weird because we had a couple of houses in a very sort after holiday locations. We gave up and then went with full time tenants again. After a year our full time tenants decided to move out. We thought we would try one more time with air b&b! It’s been almost 12 months now Airaway TM and our turnover has increased about 4x what we would get if the properties were permanently tenanted. And honestly probably about 8x what the other two air b&b companies bought in as revenue!
