I found your business to be professional and very prompt in responding to my request. Fantastic customer service. When we had problems with our air conditioner, I searched and found 4 places in the area. I drove our van with wheelchair lifter to them to get it fixed. The first 3 had a look under the car and did no more. Luke came to our house and had a look, he told me up front what he could do and the cost, I needed it fixed as I take mum n' dad out in it, and asked Luke to do what he can. He re gassed it, checked the system, found the first problem the compressor wasn't working, followed by three leaking connections, a faulty pressure switch and problems in the electrics. All this done in stages over Christmas to new year. Luke is a good man, he didn't give up until we were 100% happy with the air conditioning. My mum is happy because we can take her out to bingo and a drive to the beach during these hot summer days, and dad is happy because mum is happy. Well done Luke and a big thank you from all of us.

Was unhappy with the service. We were told he would come and do a test and give us a quote to have our aircon fixed. When he got here, he said that he couldn't do the test and couldn't diagnose and give us a quote, that the compressor was stuffed, which I had already told him over the phone. So all he did was show up, here for a few minutes to tell us he couldn't do anything, and still charged us full amount he quoted to test/diagnose/quote despite not doing that, and not giving us any info I hadn't already told him. If you just need a re gas i'm sure he's fine, if you have an older car and suspect it could be more complicated, I don't recommend this guy.

I had my car aircon regassed and the service was excellent and very convenient as they came out to my workplace and the cost was very reasonable too ,I would highly recommend them
