There were a number of aspects of the job that were not properly fulfilled. The drip system was meant to be fixed but instead it was not finished off so I had to bring in a separate contractor to do that. The supply of Mondo grass for a pathway ran out so that part of the job was never properly completed. Since the job to redo the garden was done a number of the plants put in have perished. The proprietor called me up a month or two to opportunistically come back and be paid to do a further clean up. Rather than offering to provide me with after sales service he apparently had some spare time and wanted to make some more money. Instead of listening to my concerns the business owner has said that all I am doing is complaining when I should be praising what he did.
