Very bad experience with these guys. Communication and response to emails is horrific at best. Made several attempts to change an individual on the lease, had to fax a substancial amount of documentation twice then to be told you had to visit the office in person. Every time I called them I had to explain everything from scratch, it seems like nobody in the office knows what's happening and you never end up talking to the same person.
When we moved out of the property they hadn't passed on the documentation to the bond board two weeks after they said they had.
When it comes to rent increases however, they are very prompt with communication and strongly worded letters. Avoid if possible - extremely frustrating experience!
