Tried several times to organise them to come out and do a quote. Don't even waste your time trying. No communications whatsoever, they will tell you a time and just not show up.

Steve could not identify the noise in my washing machine, (the nut holding the agitator was loose). Was (very) late without a courtesy call. Didn't call back to discuss part. Invoiced by email - items didn't match descriptions (total was correct). Forgot to call back about the part, no response to emails.

They responded to my enquiry the same day and not only did I have a broken down fridge but they gave me a replacement while mine went in for repairs. They had my fridge for 4 days to repair it but I had a replacement while they did.

still waiting after 3 days for them to come repair a faulty fridge they sold me, no calls or anything , i keep calling them and they say we will be there within the hour but still no show or call to say where they are. very bad business.

Came out late to fix fridge, said the problem was fixed and would come out the next day with part for dishwasher, no show and fridge still not working. Call shop and left msg as Noone answers the phone. Called and also left msg on his mobil. No response. Called shop and mobile again on Thursday and left msg again and sent text. Finally got a call back a few hours later and was told sorry and that he would come out after lunch.

Guess what NO SHOW AND NO CALL.
