ME Dale Crash Repairs

I don't like to leave such a negative review, but this business was severely lacking from start to finish. Not only did it take MONTHS to complete a very simple job, M E Dale had to be continually chased to finish the repairs, giving varying excuses and conflicting reasons for their lack of competence along the way. The final straw was picking the car up, with a PANEL BEATING bolt embedded in the tyre..for which they denied responsibility and Shannon's insurance had to organise for the puncture to be fixed when I went to complain about the poor service (ie, not only having a mediocre service performed....over an inordinate amount of time....AND the final insult of having the car returned in a WORSE state than when it was dropped off). I'm trying Caddle Crash repairs next time!!!!
