In reply to the comment below I would like to say that I have used this firm for the past 16 years and have bought and sold six properties through them.
I have always found them to be very professional, they are an excellent company to deal with and I have no hesitation recommending them to any one and have done.

We used Michael J. O'Doherty & Co to sell our house. First of all I was told that they fee is $1100.00 flat fee no more to pay.But when I received the final bill it was $200.00 more than what they told me. They never return your phone calls, I must have rang more than ten times in one day because the buyer wanted to settle early and they did not return my call even the next day. I have to keep ringing them as the receptionist said they will call me back but they never did. They never even return the buyer solicitor phone calls.I have bought and sold several houses in my life time but by far Michael J. O'Doherty have to be the most unprofessional business that I ever dealt with. I advise you do not use them you will regret if you do.
