Things happen: Sometimes people can't make appointments, sometimes life gets in the way. When I rang at the first opportunity after missing my first appointment, and after apologising twice, I was told the Doctor had instructed not to rebook me. When I explained WHY I had missed the appointment, and calmly explained that I was only two streets away, had got the wrong day, and had they chosen to ring me to see where I was, I could have been there in 5 minutes, I received a VERY condescending tone with the words "Well, that's not our responsibility." So..I told them to go jump. I do hope there is competition, because I have a medical need to see a Colorectal Specialist.
