Tried booking in a septic pump out by Lee's. Upon calling, I was advised they would get back to me later that day to confirm price (as it isn't a standard septic system). No call back.



3 days later, I received a call from Lee's (expecting it to be about septic pump out) however it was a call to try and book in an upcoming service. When I advised I was currently waiting to hear back from them about a septic pump out, I was again advised they would call back. This time they did. I booked in for the following Thursday at 1pm-ish. I asked if they were able to call on the day to provide a better estimate on time arrival. I was told they would call me in the morning to provide a closer estimated time of arrival.



Come Thursday morning, no call. Wait around all day and they didn't show at all. No phonecall to even advise they wouldn't be there. Nothing



I called on Friday at 3:15pm and advised of the situation. I was told that they had me down for Thursday but had "lots of emergencies come up" so they would look into why it was missed and get back to me.



The fact is that multiple issues have happened along the way to try and get this septic pump out which shows that "emergencies" on the day isn't the issue. Being told to pay $725 cash to the driver for a pump out, then changed to $750 because "plus gst so make it $750" isn't exactly a cheap service compared to others, so you expect some professional service at least.... didn't happen. They didn't even really care that the issue had occurred or that I had wasted a whole day waiting around for them. And they couldn't even be bothered to call me at any time up to 3:15 the day after, to acknowledge or apologise that they didn't show up.



This lack of care and professionalism means I will now be looking for a new provider to provide servicing and also a pump out. This business has slowly going down hill on professionalism since I have been using them. They need to do better for their customers.

Entered my property without my approval - completed workout my approval and sent me the bill - they quoted “ because we have always done it and we left you a message and you didnt tell us not too - we just went ahead” This was from their manager - my advice is too find another company you can trust!! Beware that should they do one job for you and they need to revenue raise - they might just enter your property and claim to have completed a job and then charge you!
