What a waste of time. I have arrived for my 1015 appointment at 1010 to gill out the paperwork. By 1014 I already sat down after submitting the required form just to wait till 11 o clock. Then went to the 2 receptionists to find out that she forgot to press enter and doctor was unaware i was here. She then said she will promptly let the doctor know. 10 minutes later the doctor came out just to call in a guy that just walked into the clinic. After wasting 1.5 hours of my time i decided to go to another clinic simply because such low level of professionalism does not deserve a payment which i can only presume would still be required despite inconsiderate and incompetent staff from the very start of the experience.
