Strathpine GP Superclinic

Went to the doctors today after calling up earlier and requesting a short appointment. Was with the doctor for 5 minutes after he declined to give me any medical help I needed. When I went to the counter I was charged $75 for a standard appointment. Like I said I was in the doctors room for 5 minutes max. When I called later to take up the issue, the receptionist completely declined to solve the issue. Disgusting service, taking advantage of a young girl not confident enough to speak up at the counter and charging a ridiculous fee after calling up earlier and AGREED with the receptionist for a short appointment. I am extremely disappointed.

Dr Russell is amazing so caring felt so comfortable with her.
A couple of the receptionist are lovely DOWN STAIRS.
The lady up stairs is rude. They cancelled my appointment the minding of the advanced booking! Then made an appointmet weeks later! So I was very much In need of this appointment! She's handling mental health nurse patients. Don't you think she'd have to be a nice lady? I forgot a form which I admit was important but she interrupted me during my explanation of how I could get it faxed there ASAP. Feel like I don't want to go back considering I am battling anxiety & chronic depression. My anxiety level went from low to high within a second. Now I've come away with no help at the current moment.
