Poor communication and poor products

After the trike rack failed on first use, the company offered to make repairs

Initially I found it hard to find somebody willing to work on the product due to the poor workmanship, and when I did have I was informed that it would never be a safe product.

On this advice, I contacted tempo for a refund.

It was then that the company stopped responding to comminucation.
