We had the great misfortune to have chosen All Doors in Sunbury to install a main entrance door and a back door to our home. Whilst the back door was fitted to a reasonable standard the main entrance door was certainly not. The installation of the entrance door resulted in cracking of plaster on the interior wall as well as a split in the timber of the door jamb on the side to which the hinges were attached. It is highly probable that the splitting occurred because of the installation itself as the jamb was not split beforehand. An ugly attempt was made to secure the jamb using a screw that was highly visible when the door was open along with a large nail head in the jamb that was also visible. The door was poorly fitted insofar as it did not close hard up against the door stop at the top of the door whereas the bottom of the door closed tight against the stop.
Other substandard workmanship included a poorly fitted door handle and locking mechanism where the lock could be opened by four or five repeated attempts at rotating the handle from the outside of the door, and the wooden beading that was used to mount the glass panes in the side light was spilt when put back after the side light glass was changed. One would argue that the beading should have been replaced with new beading if the workmen took any pride whatsoever in their work. We would have been happy to pay any extra cost.
None of the above was brought to our attention after the installation was complete.
When we questioned about our main concern regarding the split in the timber of the door jamb propagating towards the screws holding the hinges, and the questionable long-term stability of the door in its frame, we were told that this would not be a problem. It was clear to us that no real attempt would be made to rectify this and many of our other concerns. We were fobbed off with claims that all would be fixed simply with “minor adjustments” to which we did not agree.
In short, our experience was one of great disappointment, unfriendly confrontation when the workmanship was questioned, and overall unprofessional service. We would certainly not recommend All Doors to anyone seeking quality workmanship and professional service.
The solution to our entrance door woes has been to have the entire doorway (door, frame, sidelight) removed and replaced at considerable expense to us. Fortunately, Doors Plus have provided a high-quality product and installation workmanship that has been impeccable. What a pity we did not read many of the damning All Doors reviews beforehand and had gone to Doors Plus in the first place.
Our suggestion is that All Doors be renamed All Flaws.

We had a custom front door done at All Doors Sunburry. We highly recommend them; reasonably priced, pay attention to detail and quality of work. Paul was very prompt and great to deal with. We love our front door.

Terrible. We were lied to as to what he could do and a door fitted by this business was damaged during fitting...we were told just to "fill it". No care what so ever for mistakes made. Use any one else but this business

After having a bad experience at Doors Plus, I would definitely recommend Paul from All Doors. We have a 50+ year old Victorian home and got 2x non-standard internal doors installed. Paul had to do a bit of modification to the door jambs and also helped us with the front door, which was sticking. We got quotes from a range of door installers and All Doors' quote was on the lower end. Paul has a no nonsense, direct style and will be looking to use him again when we replace our front and security doors.

Consider Doors Plus or anyone else than AllDoors. Most disappointing. I have a picture gallery available to anyone interested. A 2cm gap was, and I quote " fitted to industry standards" FAIL.

Good result in the end. They had to come back twice because of our delays and they did so on a Saturday morning at 8am without any complaints. They even helped build extra surrounding to the door when they didn't have to.
