Do not recommend at all. Been in the shop for ten minutes and was not served at all, infact got a staring look and asked us to put glasses down after we just want to have a look only? Even asked family to step out but we are family, very unwelcoming. Aussie lady at front count is absolutely the WORST, as if we owe her money with attitude? Would not go back or rather give business to other shops, here they do not even care?

Have been going there for the past few years and you’re met with consistent help as well as expertise. Tony loves what he does and is always interested in what’s going on with you. Highly recommend.

I had a 10am appointment booked at Tony Collivas today but due to the unforeseen I was running a little late. So while on route at 10.12am I phoned the store to advise I was running a bit late (sorry) and that I was only 2-3min minutes away.
I was rather shocked to be told that I could not be seen and would need to make another appointment.
I advised that I am leaving tmrow to go on a family holiday and can not re-book before year end and that my health fund rolls over before I will be able to reschedule, is there any way I can get in today? Reply - sorry no.

Yes, I was running a little late but ( in the past I have waited longer than that to see the optometrist) and the response received today from Tony Collivas staff was certainly not the response/customer service I was expecting from a local business. Possibly I caught them on a bad day.

So I drove to to another larger optometrist at Browns Plains shopping Cntr, walked in, was promptly attended to, given an appointment for 11:40am. and was actually seen at 11:30am (10min early).

While waiting to be seen at the other larger optometrists I sent a quick email to Tony Collivas outlining my disappointment to which I have received no reply.

Extremely disappointed Tony Collivas.

On the bright side, The other larger optometrist at Browns Plains shopping Cntr did provide excellent service.
