Do not bother with Western Distributors Sunshine, i wish i had of gone elsewhere, shocking customer service and commissioned my carpet layer, who insisted i give him cash and took 3 days to complete 3 extremely small bedrooms, will never use this company again. The owner of this company is so rude over the phone, and the staff are just as bad.

Be very carefull if you need quality tiles. I had to return my tiles. Most of the tiles had chiped edges. To my surprise head of the shop, don't know his name, was not ready to recognise fault but appreciated Peter(salesman) who handled it and I got refund but it was such a waste of time to take them back for return. When I found faulty tiles @ the site I called them to take them back but the lady over the phone refused to do so. Practically that was quality check issue not my fault. They don't respect buyers time, I would say else they would have arranged return. PS It was not clearance product.

Great service and help to decide on the right product. Also very patient even when we were very indecisive.
