Amazing Tiles & Stone

Wissam ruined my tiles and I would not recommend him to do any tiling work, he does not know how to lay mosaic marble tiles.

The borders were chipped and crooked. I told Wissam to cut them with a wet saw and he told me you can’t cut them with a wet saw. I have seen them cut with a wet saw and they come out dead straight.

He did not lay them flat and the gaps between the tiles are un-even and look terrible.

The pattern did not match in the corner. So both walls had mis-matched patterns.

When I told him the job was rough and not suitable he argued with me that he did not have enough time, although it was a fix price quote.

Wissam also told me he would fill all the chipped marble with grout.

He also told me I should tell him which tiles are not laid correctly. I explained to him, that he should know as he should be a professional tiler.

I had to walk him off site and it is going to cost me thousands to fix his stuff up.

I am going to remove the tiles and have them re-laid correctly.

It was a shame that someone dug up this marble, cut them into a lovely pattern, only to have Wissam hack them with an angle grinder.

I have photos of all the terrible tiles and I stand by this review.
