what a great little find in the middle of Surfers Paradise, great range of wines & knowledgeable & helpful staff

If you like a little customer service... then DONT SHOP HERE. Middle age+ man that works there is argumentative, a know-it-all, and just downright rude. When I said I didn't like the wine we bought yesterday (at his recommendation) he became offensive and swore at us and shoo-ed us out of the shop when we commented we wouldn't return there. He also said "I know better than you... I'm a wine expert"... well obviously... that's why he's working in a smally dingy overcrowed bottle shop... not!
