Shocking service and very unprofessional- Don't answer emails, don't return phone calls and to top this up, I was given the wrong ABN number. This was picked up by another accountant. I had to close my business bank account and paypal account, re-issue merchant facilities, re-print stationary on which my ABN was mentioned, change ownership of trading names, change ownership of domain names etc...

Despite all of these they refuse to admit that they had made an error, and refuse to compensate the reasonable cost of re-printing stationary. This is all I was asking for.
