Pilates Focus

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT EVERYONE IN PILATES FOCUS. They combine physiotherapy with Pilates. However, I would say that they have a much broader, holistic mind and body approach. They listen to their patients and do not act as the know-it-all. When they do offer advice, it feels like it is coming from a genuine place and it is not imposing. They go above and beyond for their patients including the great secretaries. I had been to 3 other physios in 2 years before I came to Pilates Focus and I have now been with them for over 3 years. They understand my chronic condition and treat me with respect and care. Even if I were to move to anywhere else in Sydney, I would still come to Pilates Focus for my treatments. I have seen most of the physios who work at Pilates Focus and I would recommend each and every one of them. Carolyn Cole, who is also the owner, is fabulous not just with her treatment style but with her people personality as well. Katrina, the secretary will talk to multiple people to see if one or more can adjust their appointments by a few minutes so I can be fit in when Im having a flare up. Physios have come in just to treat me on their days off or stayed way past their end of shift for me. Like I said in the beginning, I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT PILATES FOCUS.
