My experience with JBS regarding a billing issue has been incredibly frustrating. Both my neighbor and I unwittingly paid for the same service, and despite numerous assurances from JBS that they would refund the overpayment, they have consistently failed to do so.
Not only did JBS take my money along with my neighbor's, but they also repeatedly promised to rectify the error and return the overpayment. However, they have failed to honor their commitments, leaving me and my neighbour feeling deceived and disappointed. I just hope JBS learns to do right by their customers and gives us our money back soon.
