Well, I have to say they are probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They really don't deserve any stars.

I ordered a single fly screen door on 30th July 2015, I rang them numerous times over a ~5 month period to see what was going on, they could not even tell me how long it would take. After just under 5 months I contacted dept of fair trading as I could see nothing was going to happen. The Mangy Director Ms Sarah Weiss said via fair trading very sorry they will do an emergency install on the Sunday 20th December(this was the first lie directly from the Mangy Director Sarah Weiss to Dept of Fair Trading (as if they ever intended to do an "emergency" Sunday installation) or next Wednesday...23rd December.Scott shows up on the 23rd December though with a door that had the powder coating peeling off the door already and proceeded to whack it into position with a mallet even though I told him then that the powder coating was unacceptable, I could see it wasn't going to fit and as expected the render came of my house(which I had painted a month before) and he left with the screen door in his van as it didn't fit.

I called Kathy in the call centre and emailed them as requested photos of the damage done but alas no response came as usual. So i called on the 7th January 2016 to see what they would do. They put me in the queue again!! they expected me to wait a further 5 months...or more for the a fly screen door!.

So I said no thanks and demanded a full refund and repair of the damage. They said they would send it to the mangy director and see if they can? I made my second complaint to fair trading as soon as I hung up the phone and they are following it up.
It is not resolved as of 19th January 2016.

I ask you, is this the sort of company you want to deal with? and I also wonder, How "do" they stay in business?

The only thing they seem to be able to fabricate is lies and excuses..... Most disappointing.

Stay well clear.

Terrible experience. Issues have been ongoing since September 2014 and still not resolved.

I have been waiting a long time. They told me late December or early January but I got a call today saying maybe early March. I hope they will not keep me waiting too long.

Dreadful - just the worst company to deal with. They are obviously volume driven and they sign you and promise a time frame they have no intention of honouring. So you end up out of pocket to the tune of a 50% deposit and thereafter have to chase them, whereupon they continually lie to you about when the product is coming. In my case it was 5 months without anything being made. I contacted NSW Fair Trading and had my deposit returned within 3 days. DO NOT USE this company - they should not be in business.

DO NOT use this company. I have been waiting for my security gate for 4 1/2 months and at the time of writing this they have not made a concerted effort to install it after repeated phone calls. They constantly change the installation date and keep saying that the installer isn't in the area. Over the phone the attitude is very poor. Hopefully Fair trading will help with my complaint. Zero stars is my preferred rating.

if I could give zero out of five I would. Almost everything imaginable that could go wrong has gone wrong. poor installation, don't turn up when they say they will, took almost a year to install everything and still not done properly. management have refused to speak to us.
if it wasn't so frustrating it would be funny they are so hopeless.

Give this Company a wide berth as they don't care about your safety pay thousands of dollars for security screens amplimesh & You can lift off the screens with 2 fingers how do they have a gold security licence

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Company have never called me once to tell me that my door would be installed longer (2 months longer) than it was originally stated. I understand when things happen and some things are out of their control. But this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Upon complaining to the company, l was met with a (i don't care approach, you will just have to deal with it attitude). Hope that no one else ever deals with this company!
