From the moment I walked in to the time I left it was amazing ! My appointment was on time and Kota was able to through the process with me very clearly so I understood everything. The fact that each hairdresser focused on one customer at a time is amazing because you then feel like you're being taken care of instead of rushed to get out.



I did a Japanese hair straighten with a hair cut which came to a total of $355 which is a reasonable price for the excellent work they did, my hair feels so smooth and even after travelling home from the city there was no frizz or flyways anywhere.



Looking forward to seeing the process in the months to come !

December 14, Wednesday I had my hair serviced of the Japanese Straightening at this very beautiful salon by Mr. Hisa Goto himself and Mao, the service was really good, however i didnt get the result i wanted. After 3 days I washed my hair and it is still voluminous. Before I used to my hair straightened and i get a better result, much flawless and thinner (lesser volume).

I have been going to Blu Creativity for three years now. As a guy i would just get an average hair cut, but after coming to Hisa abd the team, theyvtake the care to understand what I want a d are meticulous ... it helped that my wife sent me with a picture of her crush Simon Baker the first couple of times.

I have been seeing Hisa and his team for the past 8 years and have always walked out with the perfect cut exactly as I asked. I like that they listen to what i want rather than adopting the cookie cutter approach.

The owner, Hisa, travels to Tokyo one month of every year to train in all the new products they offer in Japan so they are also very cutting edge.

I had my hair done in Blu Creativity a few weeks ago with a Group On voucher, which was for a cut and full head of highlights (blonde). I haven't written a review about a salon before but I couldn't believe the service I received here.

Normally, I would have my colour done and then hair cut, but my hair was cut first - and it was a dry cut. He just sat me down and didn't wet my hair, didn't put any layers in it when I asked him too, It took him maybe 15 seconds to do. He wouldn't cut my fringe for me either.

Then on to the highlights! I should have left after the dodgy haircut. I told him I always get three shades of blonde put in my hair. He said no, he would only do one for me since I was "only" a GroupOn customer but assured it would have the same look. As I said, I should have left at this point.

Long story short, my hair went yellow the colour of Lisa Simpson, I'm not sure if this Japanese Hair Salon had not experienced doing blonde hair before but the stylist told me he had worked for Toni & Guy in London before...!

Easily the worst hair salon experience I've had.
